I grew up on a small farm in Vermont, learning early how to solve problems with limited resources and a lot of creativity. That mindset stuck. Over the years, I’ve worked as a welder, project manager, engineer, and product developer. Those experiences taught me how to cut through complexity, focus on what’s real, and make progress when it matters most.
